So, you’ll find out fairly quickly if you follow my page that I’m a bit of a geek. My husband and I fought it for a while but have just decided to give in and fully embrace it! He’s an artist and bases a lot of his work in that geek world. (You can check out some of his work at www.aaronshirley.weebly.com ) I am also inspired by a lot of it. It’s so fun!
Although, I do like to flaunt my geekiness at times, other times I like the subtle hints at fandoms. You’ll find out who the true fans are when you wear these Dalek-Inspired gloves and see the smirks on the faces of fellow Whovians. To everyone else they just look cute and warm! ๐
Pattern includes sizes for Women and Men!

Supplies Needed:
H/8 5.0mm Hook, for Women’s size. I/9 5.5mm Hook for Men’s size.
Worsted weight (4) yarn (I used I Love This Yarn from Hobby Lobby)
Needle for Weaving in ends
Stitches used:
Foundation DC- I use this because I hate chains but a chain round works as well.
SS- Slip Stitch
FPDC- Front Post Double Crochet- Same steps as a double crochet except that you put your hook around the post instead of the top of the stitch. (Again, check back for tutorials!)
Bobble– Yarn over, insert through stitch, yarn over, pull through, yarn over, pull through first two loops on hook, yarn over, insert through same stitch, yarn over, pull through, yarn over, pull through first two loops on hook, yarn over, insert hook through same stitch, yarn over, pull through, yarn over, pull through first two loops, yarn over, insert through same stitch, yarn over, pull through, yarn over, pull through first two loops, yarn over, pull through all 5 loops on hook. pull tight to gather the stitches.
FPSC- Front Post Single Crochet- Same steps as a single crochet but go around the post instead of at the top of the stitch.
Notes: This pattern is worked in joined rounds, youโll begin each round with a CH 2 (unless noted) and end with a SS to the first stitch of the round. Beginning Chains do NOT count as a stitch, the first stitch of each round will be worked in the joining space.
