So, of course I did. I make them costumes all the time but usually just sewn or crafted. This is the first time I've been able to add crochet in and I was so excited!

They looked great and got tons of compliments and looks. I made a costume for myself too but it wasn't crochet, I did make a little crochet money pouch that I kept in the pockets of my skirt. Yep. POCKETS! Best part about making your own outfits is you can add all the cool stuff! Lol!

Working on joining some blanket squares today... Finally! I love using this flat slip stitch join. I think I've also heard it called a zipper join? Either way, it looks so nice and finished when it's done.

Still can't decide if I'm going to need to border the whole thing... I think I'll have to see how it looks all put together. ~
