Futurama has long been one of my favorite shows. I literally can't even count the number of times I've watched the entire series. There are so many good jokes and fun episodes (except "Jurassic Bark"... I skip that one every time :( ) I bought this green Bernat Baby Blanket yarn a while back and thought that it would be fun for a plush amigurumi because it is so soft and squishy! My boys only casually watched this Umizoomi show so I wasn't terribly familiar. I had a friend ask if I would make a Bot plush for her daughter's birthday so I had to figure one out. I love the way he came out! Even if you aren't familiar with the show he's still and adorable little robot guy!!! This pattern is available for free. Guardians of the Galaxy has quickly become one of my favorite hero groups. Although, I am bummed to admit that I didn’t know anything about them until the movie came out. But since I’m basically in love with Chris Pratt I knew I would love Star Lord and his crew. Of course, I do also have a soft spot for Vin Diesel (I may have started a mini fan club in high school, nbd). Anyway! Groot definitely stole the show for lots of people and I was asked to make this super adorable potted baby Groot
